KProgram
At SIE Central's K Program, we offer a distinctive educational experience for children ages 6-7.
Our curriculum, inspired by American early childhood education and adapted from California's kindergarten
standards, provides an immersive English environment that fosters curiosity, creativity, and academic
excellence.
Our program is enriched with field trips, special activities, and diverse experiential opportunities, making
learning relatable and engaging for young minds. All subjects are carefully aligned with the American
Common Core State Standards (CCSS) and taught in English by native-speaking educators. From day one,
our students are fully immersed in the English language, allowing them to continually adapt and improve
their linguistic skills
1. Use English as their “Bridge Language” to talk with classmates and teachers.
2. Engage with English through enjoyable reading and writing activities.
3. Apply their unique talents to achieve learning goals, preparing them for future success.
At the heart of our program is the belief that language learning evolves
through four essential stages: listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
We incorporate thematic learning approaches to create organic English
language experiences for every child.
Through the use of age-appropriate textbooks, students are empowered
to absorb concepts and express them confidently in their own words.
In partnership with families and the wider community, we promote
positive behaviors and instill values of responsibility and integrity in our
students.
Our collaborative teaching model, where instructors work together to
support each child, encourages self-esteem and achievement.
We nurture the whole child by supporting growth in verbal, spatial,
physical-motor, musical, interpersonal, and personal understanding
through thoughtfully designed activities.
